Impact Sourcing Program

Under our Impact Sourcing initiative, our mission is to engage specifically with the unemployed, underemployed, inexperienced, unskilled youth (especially young women), and those with disabilities and facilitate their access to learning and development for job placement within the technology and services sectors

The Work Readiness Program
We work with various stakeholders to recruit, train and deploy employment candidates into our operation as well as potential third-party companies aligned with our mission.

Program Spotlight

We partnered with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ) under their Digital Skills Acceleration Africa (DSAA) initiative to train young women and men from across Ghana in BPO skills.
